Cossway began in 2016 when a small group of consultants — each with more than a decade of experience across financial services, technology, and professional services in Asia — recognised a gap in how consulting was typically delivered in Hong Kong. Too often, engagements felt transactional: a brief conversation, a templated report, and a handoff that left leadership teams no clearer than before.
We set out to do things differently. The name "Cossway" was inspired by the idea of a causeway — a path connecting two points across uncertain terrain. That image still shapes how we approach every engagement: we start from where a company is, understand where it wants to go, and help build a considered route between the two.
Today, we work from our office in The Centrium on Wyndham Street, serving businesses across Central, the wider Hong Kong market, and occasionally the Asia-Pacific region. Our team remains deliberately small, which allows us to give each client our full attention rather than spreading ourselves thin across dozens of accounts.
What has stayed constant since day one is our belief that good consulting is, at its core, good listening. The best strategies come from understanding the people behind the business — their ambitions, their concerns, their constraints — before ever reaching for a framework or model.
